Common Questions
You can fly in and land in our dedicated bay (GPS coordinates provided on booking), arrive via road transport on a flatbed, or request our emergency tow service. We recommend calling ahead so we can prepare the right bay.
We work on most commercially available interstellar craft up to Class VII. We hold parts inventories for Zeta-Reticuli Mark II–V, Pleiadian Series 9, and all Class-III scouting vessels. For unusual or custom builds, contact us first and we'll advise.
Minor repairs are usually complete within 48 hours. Full service runs 3–5 days. Full restorations take 2–4 weeks. We give a precise estimate after the diagnostic inspection.
Absolutely. We do not share client information with any third party, terrestrial or otherwise. Our facility is not visible from major roads and we do not advertise client names. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request.
Light Repair services carry a 3-month parts and labour warranty. Full Service is covered for 6 months. Full Restoration carries a 24-month comprehensive warranty. Emergency repairs carry a 30-day guarantee.
We accept EUR by bank transfer, card, and cash. Galactic Credits (GCR) are accepted at the current exchange rate. Andromedean barter tokens and Pleiadian gems are evaluated case by case.
